About Me

I’ve been training consistently for around four years. Like most people, that journey hasn’t always been linear. I’ve had periods of great progress, periods of frustration, and more than a few restarts along the way. I’ve tried most of the well-known training approaches, made plenty of mistakes, and learned first-hand what actually matters versus what just looks good on paper and what sounds fancy. I'm also a father and have a full time (and then some) job, so I know how hard it is to fit it all in.
When I started to take things a bit more seriously, I invested in having a coach myself and was coached for around 18 month. That experience changed how I trained and how I think about the process. I learned the value of structure, accountability, and understanding why things are done a certain way, not just following a plan blindly.
My aim as your coach is simple: Get you the results now, and give you the knowledge for independence in the long run. I don’t want you to rely on me forever, just for as long as you need me. I want to help you build the knowledge, habits, and confidence to manage your own training and nutrition so you no longer need coaching. You won’t just be told what to do, you’ll learn how to train effectively, how to progress, how to adjust food intake, and how to problem-solve when things don't go as planned. The aim is that, over time, you’re able to stand on your own two feet and maintain your results long after our time working together.

Client Progress

George: Initially joined to get help with the weight loss he had already started but wanted more structure and accountability. We are just wrapping up his weight loss phase and will be refocusing his plan towards a building phase.

Jay: Primary goal has been weight loss, and as you can see this has been been achieved! Our focus has been on retaining as much muscle mass as possible whilst dropping the excess body fat. He now has a LOT less fat, and is gaining great shape in the muscles that are being uncovered.

Ben: Ben reached out as he wanted to gain more confidence. Initially he was very unsure about joining a gym and wanted to do home workouts. We spoke for a while and I let him know that I was happy to accommodate whatever preference he had. HOWEVER, after discussing his worries and going over a brief mock-up of what I would provide him with, he bit the bullet and signed up to the gym the next day. It has since become a part of his everyday life, he looks forward to each of his sessions, and he's made solid progress.

If you’re interested in online coaching, leave your details below and I’ll be in touch to discuss your goals, training history, and whether coaching is the right fit for you.
Online coaching is structured, personalised training and nutrition support delivered remotely. Instead of meeting in a gym at fixed times, you get a plan built around you, your goals, schedule, equipment, experience level and ongoing guidance through an app, check-ins, and direct messaging.
You’ll receive:
A tailored training programme you can follow anywhere
Clear guidance on nutrition (not generic meal plans)
Regular check-ins to track progress and make adjustments
Accountability, feedback, and support between sessions
It’s not a one-off programme or a PDF that gets emailed and forgotten about. A good online coach actively monitors your progress, adapts the plan as you go, and keeps you moving forward.
In short: you do the work on your schedule, with expert guidance and accountability built in, without being tied to a gym or a trainer’s diary.
Online coaching is suitable for beginners through to experienced gym-goers who want structure, accountability, and a clear plan based on their goals and lifestyle.
I do offer a monthly coaching plan, however I do strongly recommend a minimum sign of 12 week. This allows enough time to assess progress properly and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
Not necessarily. Programmes can be adapted for home training or gym-based training depending on your preference and equipment access.
